VIDEOGRAPHY — EDITING — ART DIRECTION
Personal project showcasing where I live, through a creative lens. The idea was to create a video, or playbook in under three days, telling a story of the places that inspire me.

The PROCESS:
The first thing to do was to write a script and record a voice-over. Once done, I did a recce and worked out the locations I would need to film. As time was tight, i needed to do a storyboard, so i knew what shots to get, and how it would flow from one sequence to another.

The solution:
With my VO done, I went out to film armed with my storyboard and shot list. As I was filming myself, and on my own, I used my phone as a wireless monitor for managing composition and exposure. After a long day of filming, it was time to transcode and start editing. I was able to do the first cut and grade in a day. After some tweaks and refinement to the audio, i delivered a video in 2.5 days.
